Comes from the old adage “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up”. Among those who find our service useful are: seniors, disabled individuals, people with chronic health issues, older adults living alone with pets, people grieving the recent loss of a partner or companion. Carers who visit patients, retirement home residents, family members who want to go on vacation and need a backup plan.
If a client doesn’t answer the phone, we will attempt to call them back two more times, a 5 minutes delay between calls. If there is no response on the third attempt, CareCallingNow will call the major alternate number, usually a neighbor or someone who lives nearby who can call by to make sure you are OK. Should you have a second alternate number, away someone who lives nearby. Please SAVE our Name and ID in your phone. This way you will know we have called. CareCallingNow can call them as well.
Should there be no answers / acknowledgements from the previous series of calls the CareCallingNow simply call the customer or text (SMS) message. That person is then responsible for making sure the loved one is OK.

Our service is available internationally. Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada. In fact we can call almost anywhere! If you are unsure please send contact us.
If the client complains that they not feeling well, we will advise they seek proper medical attention.
We will also inform the designated contact. For example: “My mother is complaining of a minor stomach ache today.”
In the event of an emergency while we are on a call, we will instruct the client to hang up and immediately dial 000 (In Australia) or 911 (in United States)
If you feel unwell and you have already picked up the call do not make a response (DONOT PUSH ANY KEY) Care Calling Now Service will continue
and the first alternate to answer will come to check on you
Sure. Upon request, we can provide daily or weekly status email status updates to a family member or designated contact after calling the client. Otherwise, we will only email/call if there is a problem or concern
Absolutely! We actually recommend having at least two contacts on file. A contact can be a family member, friend, neighbor or care manager. If a client doesn’t have any of those, we recommend leaving the number to your building manager and/or local police department.
We do recommend that one of the contacts be local, if possible
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. When you log in as a “personal” subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade.
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all clients within 30 days of your purchase.
